There are mainly three core processes of the organisation:
- Recycling
- Extrusion and
- Component Manufacturing
The recycling capacity of organisation is 24 MT/Day
From a 600MT capacity extrusion press around 10MT brass extruded rods are manufactured in a single shift per day.
About 20,000 sq. ft. component shop floor area equipped with highly sophisticated machineries itself defines the strength of unit producing over 1MT of brass components per day.
Apart from this we also have highly sophisticated laboratory to control our quality.
